Review of 3 Days to Kill (2014) by Sandy K — 15 Sep 2014
The best part of this movie is Costner and his world-weary demeanor as he navigates spy-thriller violence and attempts to reunite with his estranged wife and teenaged daughter. Oh, yeah... and a few entertaining chases and fights.
But the story doesn't make sense, and most of the characters make even less sense -- especially the CIA handler who is an absurd caricature of a dominatrix. I know movies tend to accelerate a plot, but the rapidity of his reconciliation with his daughter was completely absurd.
