Enjoyable, stylish action fest that's so over the top it blinds you to the fact there's shooting, car chases, thins blowing up yet not a cop to be seen anywhere. Kevin Costner is passable, though the similarities to Liam Neesons recent efforts are glaring, easy to watch action fodder.
