Effective sequel to Danny Boyle's seminal 28 Days Later, with Juan Carlos Fresnadillo impressively crafting a solid follow-up with a new director and new cast. A sometimes careless script does let it down to fall short of its predecessor.
Gory, gruesome and grim, its not for the faint-hearted.
