Review of 28 Days Later (2002) by Horrific R — 05 Apr 2013
The first half of this film is the much stronger half. At the turning point of the film, half way though. One of the main protagonists dies in a very stupid preventable way, as right when he dies supposed militia saviors reveal themselves (I can word it like that so I don't spoil much.
..) From there on, the film goes from what was a great, perspective, atmospheric, and suspenseful film, to a mediocre zombie flick which still maintains it's own take in ways, but it's essentially a bad alteration on Night of the Living Dead at this point.
