Made a good watch. all of us need our "28 days" a.k.a "get-aways", at different points of time in life.... to break old habits, to overcome situations/people, to think straight, to arrive at tough decisions.
... all it takes to change ourselves is the courage to face ourselves sometimes. but then, self-honesty is quite rare.
