One day in the Life of Monty Brogan is a compelling movie, that looks at the social and racial fault lines in a post 9/11 New York. Norton's Fuck You monologue is at par with Travis Bickle's Rain will wash away all the Scum from Taxi driver.
As also Brian Cox's final speech.
