Ed Norton is one of the greatest actors of this day hands down, very hard to argue, and with such a strong supporting cast (Philip Seymore Hoffman, Berry Pepper) this is an almost guaranteed hit for me.
The movie achieves what so many don't "believability" You actually care for the characters and are concerned about the consequences of their actions. There is nothing over the top here, no big plot twist or surprise ending, it's simply the story of.
.. Aside from a few Spike Lee-esque camera angles and an unmoving tribute to the victims of 9/11 this is a entertainingly solid NY story.
