Intoxicating editing and a marvelous direction by the intrepid Winterbottom alongside a brave Coogan, razor-sharp intellectual dialogue, a blast of a varied soundtrack and an honest conclusion about modern civilization's consumerist decay. The ending is a clever criticism to self idolatry.
