Enjoyable follow-up that seemed to be more self-parodying being a sequel than expected. I thought they were actually going to start addressing the audience directly at one point. The plot is basically the same with a few twists, something they even call out multiple times.
With this the quality of the film is the relationship (cue subtext with neon lights) between the the two leads. They work well as a comedy duo. A fun watch, but ultimately forgettable.
