The first movie is much much funnier. There were a few big laughs that were very solid. I found that the final 20 minutes wasn't funny at all and dragged quite a bit. The constant under the cuff gay humor is hilarious in the first 30 minutes of the movie but when they start recycling the same joke over and over and over again it gets tiring.
The big laughs are few and the slight chuckles are plenty. Average movie at best.
