Just as good as the first in my eyes. Channing and Jonah are still a great partnership and can keeps the laughs rolling. I liked all the inside jokes about this being a sequel, and that even plays a substantial part in the plot at one point.
The police aspect was even better this time around. I would rewatch this 5 times just to see what I thought was the funniest ending credits scene ever.
