21 Jump Street doesn't nail every single moment of humor, as some repetition can start to set in and some things border on less intelligent, but 21 Jump Street's great cast (particularly Tatum and Hill), solid writing, and a surprising amount of heart make 21 Jump Street a solid comedy, and one of the best in the past few years.
