21 Jump Street is one of my favorite comedies! Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill have excellent chemistry in the film and give great comedic performances! I actually thought Channing Tatum was the funniest person in the whole movie! When this movie came out I knew some people were mad because this movie is a comedy and the original TV show was a drama. I think the people in charge did a wonderful job at taking a property and making it their own without going too above and beyond. The movie was well paced and had me laughing constantly! One question I have though is wouldn't Jonah Hill and Holly's relationship be considered illegal? I mean they never did say if she was 18 or not? Also Ice Cube was a great addition but sometimes his bits weren't that funny. This movie also has a great message about friendship but the emotional moments never took over the film which is something I really liked! 21 Jump Street is an awesome comedy and I can't wait to see 22 Jump Street!
