Very funny movie despite its absurd plot. If you're going to throw realism out of the window, it might as well be for a funny comedy. The #1 reason this movie works: GREAT chemistry between Hill and Tatum.
Chemistry is often the most important factor in comedic duos and romantic couples. The plot is so insane that it's totally unbelievable-- cops in their 30s are given clearance to infiltrate a high school and conduct a litany of crimes in order to find a drug mule-- but it's still an enjoyable movie.
