This guy, Inarritu, is one of my faves. I obviously like the whole multi-plot thing, as this, Crash, Amores Perros, City of God and Babel are to me some of the most engaging films I've seen. I thought this was a well executed film in all aspects - storyline, acting, script, cinematography.
..very well done and captivating. Oh, and by the way I am a Sean Pean and Benicio Del Toro fan. Yeeeeee.
