Good, not great. They stole the editing style of "Momento" without bothering to keep the significance of it. Playing scenes out of order and repeating them signifies how we remember our lives so when you do that it should probably be a memory and not a linear storyline.
It was a good lesson on morality and jumping to conclusions though and if you believe in souls you will probably find it inspiring.
