Fierce performances and a great story to tell with Iñárritu working at his finest... It's a shame that the elaborated plotting that in an early instance seems so promising, leaves out any room for surprises towards the end and prevents this movie from becoming a truly spectacular piece and in that Inárritu's greatest film.
