Another poorly done raunchy comedy, 21 & Over is crass and obscene for the sake of being crass and obscene. The story follows two friends who get into a wild night of debauchery celebrating their best friend Jeff's 21st birthday.

None of the acting is particularly good, and the characters are poorly written. Additionally, the comedy is formulaic and the friendship moments seem forced. 21 & Over is not without its laughs, but it tries way too hard and ends up being mindless tripe.
