21 & Over is a pretty terrible movie. It's not funny, the cast isn't entertaining, and the whole storyline is just stupid. It's fucking awful. These type of party movies are never going to go away and that's sad, but the saddest thing is, they just keep getting worse. Who cares about anything going on in a movie like 21 & Over, which pummels viewers over the head with the partying and then wraps the perverse and crude storyline up with the cliche growth of friends.

Two friends come to a college campus to visit their friend. When they arrive at his house, his father is there and tells them he has a med school interview in the morning. But it's his 21st birthday, so they go out anyway. So it's a long night of drinking and looking for a house and running into the same people over and over. .

Sometimes movies like this can manage to be a little fun, but 21 & Over doesn't. It's boring, unfunny, and really hard to get through. I actually almost turned it off a few times. In the end, it's just another lame comedy that attracts teens by advertising drinking, drugs, and sex. All three of which I have no problem with, but your movie still has to be something more.
