""21 and Over" comes to us from the same writers who brought us "The Hangover", so clearly they have no idea how to make any other kind of film. In essence, "21" is unfunny, unoriginal, unappealing, annoying, and just plain disgusting.
And I can honestly say I have seen enough bare, spanked male ass to last me a lifetime.".
