"21 and Over" tries way too hard to up the stakes, becoming more and more like "The Hangover" as it progresses. Honestly, it felt like I was watching the alternate version of The Hangover, because instead of figuring out what happened the morning after, it follows them through the night, trying to get their best friend home on his 21st birthday.
