It is certainly not sophisticated but 21 and Over isn't supposed to be. The characters are a bit unlikable and plot points are insanely predictable but this movie is chuckle worthy throughout and is a fine watch with your friends.
21 and Over has enough funny moments to be "Money Well Spent".
