Project X was the worst movie I've ever seen, the characters had no personalities, they had no chemistry with each other, the movie was never fun for a second, it was dull, disgusting, painful to endure at times, and had no structure at all.
21 And Over, besides the partying, is the exact opposite of Project X. There is fun to be had here.
