21's got an ok plot which can be quite interesting at times but it can be pretty boring at times. Also, the characters are pretty much the same as the plot throughout this movie, they can be pretty fun and interesting and than they can be pretty uninteresting and not very enjoyable.
Overall, it's not amazing but it's not norm of the north bad, it could have been a lot better because the plot was quite interesting at times and I wanted to see more about the gambling side.
