Superficial and not that believable, but well done and pretty entertaining film. The film is interesting but so much more could have been made out of this story. Not a pancake, but rather this film gets better toward the ending.
Bosworth is being pretty and Spacey is being sleazy and Fishburne is being ruthless. I would have been interested to see a bit more of the theory behind the card game they were playing, too. But as it currently is, the film is well built around Ben's naive math genius, friendship with Jill and the two nerd pals and the plot works well, if superficiously.
The cast is likeable, so I give this movie a bit more than I otherwise would have..
