21 is similar in basic theme to wanted but it?s a smarter film. There are a couple of important themes thrown in to make the story dramatic and for the most part they are conveyed well. The plot would have also been good if it wasn?t for the illogicalities and plot holes that made the characters motives unknown.
Overall its psychedelically shot and never boring which puts this original movie based concept a few notches above your average Hollywood film.
