Big Disappointment for my wife and I. We expected a lot more based on the ratings but were perplexed as we dozed through a series of unlikeable characters and nonsensical scenes. It's clear the movie is an attempt at a study of early feminism and cultural change but it seemed to me just a series of mostly isolated "lessons" that fell flat.
