Review of 2016: Obama's America (2012) by Lynette H — 27 Oct 2012
Gerald R. Molen , Dinesh D'Souza and all involved with this 'documentary' I am not at all surprised or facinated by. I found nothing new I was not already aware of in one way shape or form (depending on who says what) and found it to be rather like propaganda in nature.
As it was created to turn voters on the fence, it seems to me perhaps a documentary that explored a comparison and contrast of each candidate or a few possible candidates for the Republican party film with Romney included would have been far more interesting as the candidates are so different.
It would have been far more interesting as a study done on a bipartisan level, or better yet just completely objective. How many mistakes and parts of Romney's journey were compared to what 2016 will look like? How much of what was done by our government 14 years ago will come to pass as part of what 2016 will look like? I just did not find it compelling enough to make me want to write letters to editors or anything else--nor will it change the face of many votes.
No matter who is in office we will not see GREAT change several years to come. It is all about eating an elephant, one bite at a time.
