If you don't want to be "preached" to, you might actually read the summary before you rent/watch the movie. Or better yet, rent one out of the infinitely larger supply of equally awful Hollywood produced dung that bashes Christianity (which I'm sure you have no problem with).
That said, yes this movie sucked. Not only for the bad acting and low production value, but mostly for the fact that it even does a poor job at the so-called "preaching".
