Review of 2012 (2009) by Shane D — 28 Jun 2014
As far as disaster films are concerned, particularly the recent spate of apocalypse centric efforts, this is actually a reasonably decent effort. Anything featuring a frayed John Cusack is getting off to a good start, and when the sh*t starts hitting the fans, the action and CGI is outstandingly overblown.
But then, that's kind of all you have. Overblown CGI and an increasingly reduced role for the great Cusack.
