I love end of the world films, Armagedon, Deep Impact and Day After Tomorrow and looked forward to seeing this. Unfortunately I was left really disappointed. The special effects were really good but the story was brutal and it was over the top cheesy.
From flying a plane between buildings, cars jumping through buildings it was just cringe worthy to watch. The bit where the blonde woman whistes for her dog from the ark and it comes after her actually caused me and my girl to yell "OH F*ck iff" at the screen.
