OK, it's not 2001.... but what is? This is a more structured sequel, some people may hack on it for that, but then again, are you really expecting 2001? No.. I found this to be very interesting and fun.
. Going back on the Discovery! Rehooking up HAL! Other surprises! Fun seeing Helen Mirren play a Russian Cosmonaut. If I say it's a worthwhile sequel, people would hang me and skin me aluive. So I'll just say that this can stand on it's own.
