Review of 2010 (1984) by Dave G — 17 Jan 2009
"2010" is a well made sci-fi film. While "2001: A Space Odyssey" was an artistic triumph that took place in a strange timeless place, "2010" is obviously a 1980s film, full of cliched cold war paranoia.
It also answers questions from "2001" that really weren't ever meant to be answered. That being said, it's still a well made film with a good performance or two.
