Review of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1954) by Craig L — 02 May 2009
Just watched it for the first time in a very long time today, and while I will always have quite fond memories of it, I think this film version is a little light on the exploration and science sides of the story, and a little too heavy on "oh my gosh we totally need to escape" side.
More M. Arronax, less Ned Land, please.
