Review of 200 Cigarettes (1999) by Nell H — 08 May 2007
When I first saw this, I thought, "What a great group of one-liners" (my favorite of which shifts every time you ask me or I decide to tell you unprovoked). After many, many viewings, I've picked up on the subtleties of how the characters are interconnected.
The fact that you sit there saying, "Hey, that's Christina Ricci. Look--Kate Hudson!" the whole time doesn't take away from the film either, as it does in other more serious fare.
