Despite decent acting from Paul Rudd, Courtney Love, Casey Affleck, and Christina Ricci, '200 Cigarettes' is a total drag, consisting of various characters having or talking about sex, and trying to find somewhere to party for new year's.
Aside from some pretty lines in the script and ample Ricci screentime, there is no reason to watch this, because very little happens and anything that does is really boring. Really don't bother...
