200 cigarettes has a popular, distinguished cast and many amusing moments. This comedy has all of the characters interacting on the same night. Some of the comedy is awkward so that is why the movie isn't a comedic masterpiece.
However, if you're seeking a movie with talented actors and a totally diverse atmosphere, this is the movie for you.
