Review of 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003) by Jay P — 15 Jan 2015

As a huge fan of the first film, I was disappointed with 2 Fast 2 Furious. I think with John Singleton directing now he tried to make the movie too hood, and that took away from what made the first film great for me.

Dom was an interesting character also, and he is replaced by Tyrese who just doesn't have the same screen presence as Vin Diesel. The villain is also very cliche, and the plot is simply rushed and incoherent.

But overall the races and cars are great and the action and stunts are memorable.
