This is just an awesome film. Julie Delpy is an amazing artist, and Goldberg is really vulnerable and does some of his best work here. If you loved Before Sunrise and Before Sunset, you'll really like this one.
It may even be better. I think I like Goldberg's cynicism more than whatever it is that Ethan Hawke does.
