Review of 2 Days in Paris (2007) by Jaime D — 14 Sep 2009
Every now and again I get a film through the mail from Love Film that makes me think as I take it out of my mail box 'Tut, why did I put this on my list'... and so it was with 2 Days In Paris..
. and so I was wonderfully surprised to discover that this film is a little gem... two great leads make the most of some great snappy dialogue and its genuinely insightfull and laugh out loud funny... It may be Woody Allen lite, a Parisian Annie Hall without the degree of craft and beautiful cinematography.
.. but trust me, this film is good and worthy of at least being mentioned in the same breath as the Allen clasic. I highly recomend it.
