Good in parts and john belushi is great as slways but its a bit too overblown to be really funny. Its an admirable kind of failure though as clearly a lot of times been put in but thats part of the problem - something huge explodes or happens in every scene and for a comedy that just doesnt make yer laugh, at first it does but the shine wears off pretty quickly.
