Review of 1776 (1972) by Thomas M — 11 Jan 2009
Soo Looong. The cheery music at the beginning was a bit too cheery, but catchy. I'm glad the ending was more true to the actuality than a Hollywood ending. William Daniels was Incredible, and Howard Da Silva wasn't too shabby either.
I'm glad I saw it, but I wish the musical numbers, especially nearing the end, were cut down.
