I've adored this musical since first encountering it in junior high. Most people get annoyed at the cutesy factor, but it has some funny songs and a lot of dry humor. Yes, they keep things on a less than complex basis in terms of historical accuracy and avoid many of the other factors involved in the first congress, but it's a great Saturday afternoon flick.
