"This is a revolution, dammit. We're going to have to offend SOMEBODY!" Far and away my all-time favorite movie. My dad made me watch it as a kid. I was, therefore, sure I would hate it, but even as a child, I loved it.
Highly quotable and entertaining. Peter Stone took liberal creative license with many historical facts and actual dates, but this film is chock-full of quotable (and accurate) lines. The score is easily the best ever written for a musical.
This is just a ribald good time with a stellar cast!
