It's a musical about the signing of the Declaration of Independence; how much better can you get!? It contains a great deal of both overt and subtle humor that can only be appreciated through multiple viewings.
After over 30 viewings, I still cannot make it through the first song without cracking a smile. It's a magnificent film, and I highly recommend it.
