Harmless, charming and fun, this whimsical film is by no means a new idea but it has the right amount of charisma, warmth and great characters to keep the viewer interested. It's amusing, has some creative ideas and overall is nothing short of a good time.
It has a lot of rewatchability and is definitely worth your time. I'm going to give 17 again an A.
