Bruce Willis stars as a troubled NYC detective who is assigned to escort a petty criminal to witness in a case that could expose the police force so He finds lots of resistance in getting him there. This movie has lots of good guns battles and some action scenes but really never developed.
The witness had a annoying voice and personality that didn't match the role, the plot was slow moving.
