Review of 16 Blocks (2006) by Lloyd H — 06 Mar 2013
I unconsciously stumbled across 16 Blocks purely because it starred Bruce Willis. I enjoy action films and thought it would be exactly what it said on the tin. I was horribly wrong. I lost interest almost immediately and wanted to turn it off within ten minutes or so.
Bruce Willis is lifeless and just didn't look like he wanted to apart of this film. The pacing is painful, the action is limited and forgetful and Mos Def is as always annoying and unlikeable. Can't believe this film was directed by Richard Donner and I can confidently say I won't be watching this film again under any circumstances.
