Review of 1492: Conquest of Paradise (1992) by Rajneel S — 27 Mar 2008
Awkward, historically inaccurate and underwhelming, Ridley Scott doesn't allow this film's flaws get in the way of a compelling story. Awesome photography, spectacular music and Gerard Depardieu's gusto acting makes it watchable.
However a decent DVD release of this film has yet to appear.
