I know that most historians will disagree but what else do they do? That's why we need them. Anyway, I love this movie because it is well produced,written and directed. Great actors and memorable scenes.
My favorite is when Columbus returns to Spain and there is a celebration in the castle/church. Just as the Catholic Kings are about to make thier procession, Isabella stops and offers her hand to Columbus.
I love the interpreted grandeur of that moment.
